To place an order, simply browse the products, click “Add to Cart,” and proceed to checkout. Fill in your details, select a payment method, and confirm your purchase.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)
    Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also reach out to us at support@jkempire.in for order updates.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.


6. What is your return policy?

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working on expanding our services in the near future.


8. My package is delayed or not delivered. What should I do?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please email us at support@jkempire.in. We’ll investigate and assist you promptly.
